"CROSSTOWN TRAFFIC"
Nothing stops the man from his true destination! A Saturday night gig in the summer of 1973 at "FAT CITY", Seaside Heights, NJ
Well, ...what were
YOU doing that summer?

We rocked hard all summer!
"DUNES TIL DAWN", "BAYSHORES", "MOTHER'S, "TONY MARTS",
Somers Point, NJ.
..That's 'goin down the shore' "Philly Style".

CAPE FEAR?
After a while the band "GYPSY EYES" had no idea which KIM DAVID would show up!
One night I decided to make my 'entrance' by jumping from the second floor balcony to the stage (on cue of coarse)....WRONG!
A concerned onlooker fearing for my safety, grabbed my cape and said "don't" just as I made my leap, causing the cape to spring forward over my head, which blocked my vision! I hit the stage, the dance floor and the crowd... sideways!
An ambulance was called, but I refused treatment and was ready to rock by the second set! "The Cuss From Hoe" in Paramus, NJ. I'll always remember that place! .....Ohhh!

MONTCLAIR STATE COLLEGE (1973)

Bass player Mario Casella joins "GYPSY EYES", along with keyboard player Roy Morano, bringing a new sound and a new look to the band.

"TRUST"
In 1974 electrified funky/dance music entered the club scene. This North Jersey/Bronx based dance band needed a frontman, and their agent took them to see 'the man with all the moves'. They offered him fame & fortune!
They lied!.....
But we sure had fun!

TONY SALIMBENE, Piano

Bill Daniel's Rock Palace, The Firehouse, The Alley, The Odysseus, Lehigh U., Lafayette College, Mt.Airy Lodge, Creations, The Jersey Shore, every venue was packed as this dance machine set the groove and the trend...

This re-grouping was the smallest edition of the band. We didn't have a drummer, we used a drum machine! It worked cheap but eh, you get what you pay for! So, we went out and got a real "drum machine" ...Tommy Swift, who was previously with BON JOVI!

Didn't quit the day job! (2008)

For the past 18 years Kim & wife Ronni Jenkins,(a/k/a KIMRON) have been providing mortgages for musicians, entertainers, self employed people and anyone else that needs assistance purchasing or refinancing residential, vacation or commercial property. In 2004 they moved their office from Sea Girt, NJ to the west coast of Florida, and are now located on St. Armands Circle in Sarasota! Kim is the Branch Mgr. of FIDELITY MORTGAGE. He has also become a solo vocalist/performer, and is known in the area as "The Mortgage Guy That Sings". He is also the author of "The Mortgage Credit Workbook", which is available thru Barnes & Noble or it can be purchased online at Amazon.com. Yeah, ...the beat goes on!
